After you apply online you'll get a call to come in to do an in-person interview. You're asked a bunch of questions, in my case by someone who was completely unqualified to even do the interview. You are then given a computer test and a typing test. If you do pass those then they send you home and usually contact you shortly thereafter to let you know whether or not they are going to hire you. They have a very high turnover rate and they do a new training course each and every month.
Boring and long.
Filling out applications correctly and the best of your ability
Submit your resume and e-mail address to job postings. Then you will be contacted when a employer (agency) has reviewed , and thinks you are a good fit for new job.
Pretty easy and straight forward.
Apply online, then go for a quick interview.. they do not turn away anyone a they are so desperate for workers, This is due to loosing so many every day.
