Its takes over a week... you get an intervoiew and then you go in for an hour or two without pay to do some quizes and answer some questions. They hire in groups so you have to wait for the learest start date.

After you apply online you'll get a call to come in to do an in-person interview. You're asked a bunch of questions, in my case by someone who was completely unqualified to even do the interview. You are then given a computer test and a typing test. If you do pass those then they send you home and usually contact you shortly thereafter to let you know whether or not they are going to hire you. They have a very high turnover rate and they do a new training course each and every month.
