Great place to work
If you are looking for a job that fills your days with lots of activity and loads of things to think about with little or no after hours stress, this is a great place to work. Good people to work for, company stands behind employees and treat them fairly.

Management
Your metrics are used to give you monetary bonus, but these metrics are sometimes out of your control. They don’t like to keep you in the loop, they have poor management, and a system that treats new people poorly. If your metrics aren’t good enough for the schedule you want, you could potentially end up on a really garbage rotation and be stuck with it until the next shift bid process.

Stressful place, low income
Stressful job with no salary increase, minimum wage, miserable schedule, hard interview for a minimum salary, expectation very high while paying less, work is hard, pay hourly is very low, no respect to workers, no job security

Loved the management!
The job itself sucked but the management were so great! They were accommodating and understanding. I loved talking with them and knew i could come to them with anything!

fun place to work generally,
Overall an exciting place to work but Sometimes emotionally stressful. Made some friends at work but answering calls all day could be exasperating expecially with angry customers
