We follow the Canadian Employment Standards regarding maternity/paternity leave and all other leaves. The start of employment must be at least 13 weeks before the expected due date to apply for EI.

Supervisors, managers, and Head Office staff are eligible for 3 sick days per year. Merchandisers qualify for unpaid sick time as needed.

At this time, we offer flexible working hours. Mileage and travel time is also compensated between stores. Supervisory positions include a company phone after probation.
