Manage competently (many full time staff are months behind on monthly reviews), stop workplace favouritism by middle management, support good employees, provide resident money in a timely manner, more frequent staff meetings (we once went 6 months without one while their were multiple problems in the home), do something (anything!) to reduce forced doubles.
