Take better care in actively listening and making appropriate changes for concerns brought forth by staff.

Manage competently (many full time staff are months behind on monthly reviews), stop workplace favouritism by middle management, support good employees, provide resident money in a timely manner, more frequent staff meetings (we once went 6 months without one while their were multiple problems in the home), do something (anything!) to reduce forced doubles.
