Among the DSPs, moral fluctuates.
The upper management have an open door policy and are available to talk when needed.
Management can sometimes block requests from going to upper management so it is important to keep inquiring on requests and see proof that the request has been submitted to the higher management.
Depending on what home you work at the level of gossip and negativity among staff is different - surrounding yourself with positive people is needed to keep some level of sanity in this crazy role.
