At Community Living Windsor - there are 5 group hires a year.
You will be called for a group interview. There will be ~30 people for 3 hours. It is 2ish hours of an information session to learn more about the organization, then a small group interview with 5 people and one manager and then a brief interview with two mangers and yourself.
After that, if you are successful, you will be called back for another short interview (10minutes) with two managers and yourself. At that meeting, if successful then you will be given a job offer and a bunch of paperwork to complete (physical health exam, police record check, etc.) and login information to read policies before the training starts.
From the time of my group interview to the start of the training day it was one month.
The training takes two weeks and is fully paid.
If they are really interested they should talk to someone they know who works here already. It will give that staff a $50 gift card to a restaurant (after their 3 month probation). Something staff would never receive from Community Living Stratford any other time.
