Not a good place to work especially the complex needs they just need to close the place down
Mean culture. No compassion. Witnessed massive abuse.
Absolutely awful. It is no surprise that no supervisor has a degree or education in disability studies. The place treats the disabled in a cruel and unconscionable manner. Should be investigated for abuse.
I did a few shadow shifts with this agency and I am flabbergasted how this place is running. The environment and culture is so toxic. I do not understand how more than half of the Staff I met have even been hired.
People who praise this company quite honestly have little to compare to, as many employees are immigrants with little experience and ESL. (case in point, above comment of "work culture" and what that means. Great workers with unfortunately not terribly high standards. Management of this company need to give their head a shake. The feedback they provide on here to negative comments is comical at best.
