It was ok, employees were amazing. The job can be long at times as if someone calls in sick you have to cover that shift. Clients are fun and everyday is a different experience

What is the best part of working at the company?The people we support are fantastic human beings What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Co-workers calling in, resulting in burn out for those who need to stay or pick up the slack.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It varies from day to day and program to program. We should all put the people we support first. We are getting to be very rich in diversity which is excellent.What is a typical day like for you at the company?There is no typical day when you support people. Some days are very busy, others are very quiet.

Management doesn’t care about you, scheduling doesn’t care about you, co-workers don’t care about you. If you have a problem with a co-worker bullying you, they do nothing and will be on the bullies side.

What is the best part of working at the company?Beautiful place to work. Friendly co-workers. Good managers and the HR department is amazing for flexibility with scheduling. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Sometimes staff call in and occasionally you have to extend your hoursWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very homey like being with your family What is a typical day like for you at the company?Cooking, bathing, outings into the community, personal care
