DO NOT WORK HERE! It's gross and unprofessional
You are severely underpaid for the work they are expected to carry out. Very stressful work environment, management is quite cruel and lacks any respect or appreciation for the work you do. Lots of janitorial, laundry, work in an environments infested with body lice, diarrhea, bodily fluids, etc. Basic hand sanitizer and other utensils are always in short supply. Which is in excusable when helping vulnerable populations. The company are poverty pimps through and through. They do not care about helping people get back on their feet but rather profiteer off of the cycle of addiction it's disgusting and deeply immoral.

productive and fun workplace
the people working there were very friendly, compassionate, and educational. I learned a lot when I was working with them; and enjoyed the time I spent there.

Horrible upper management - unsafe/dangerous
Do not work for this organisation. Upper management do not care about employees. Workplace culture is horrible, really high turnover. The Executive Director has a habit of hiring friends in management positions instead of people qualified for the job. People who are qualified do not get promoted and often leave quickly to other better suited organisations.
Construction Labourer in Barrie, ON

Dead end job
There were too many supervisors and not enough workers in this company. The people were great, but there were some people that had too much power and abused that power.
