Does Commissionaires allow for flexible working hours? Or are the hours set?

The hours are set and it’s mostly shift work

depending on the post you are stationed. if you are full time it’s set no matter what cause it’s a rotation system. if you are part time you have more flexibility but not with where you are, they can move you around a lot.

Very flexible hours depending on what sites you work on. Shifts of all different lengths in all different locations at all different times of day.

Security guards have to arrive early to make money mostly for the managers

Hours are set, most places you get sent to are 12 hours shifts and dayshift works from 5:30am to 5:30pm, or night shift workers work from 5:30pm to 5:30am. You don't get to decide when you get time off, you have to book holidays a month and a half in advance and even that isn't 100% guranteed that the company will say yes and give you time off.
