If you were in charge, what would you do to make Commissionaires a better place to work?
I would re-hire their entire management team CEOs, VPs, senior managements, supervisors with modern flexible young adults who can keep up with today's demands because keeping their aged management means brushing off issues that needs to be fixed and not coming up with new policies and ways to improve the company.
What advice would you give the CEO of Commissionaires about how to improve the company?
Get rid of everyone in management and fill the positions with actual qualified people in security. The best jobs promote regular staff to management (internal hiring) instead of hiring a bunch of office people that don’t understand what they’re managing.
