Medical and dental benefits are being introduced in April 2019. CNS provides personal days (that can be taken as individual hours) for personal appointments above and beyond regular two weeks' leave. Commissionaires have access to an Employee Assistance Program that provides free counselling and financial/legal/medical advisory services. Uniforms and training are provided free of cost. If you are full time, just change your position to casual and take one shift every 6 months, you still get to keep your employment. There are guards that have been in commissionaires as long as 10 years taking one shift every 6 months.
