My interview was done by a few managers amongst a group of potential recruits, out of about 20 people there I was amongst the two selected

It can take between a month and two months depending on the position. For some office positions, you have to go through 3 to 7 or 8 interviews with different people(this is not a joke), and you may be given a project at the end before the final decision is made. The hiring process is lengthy and frustrating

What can you bring to the table?
My answer: I had no experience in finance or business, but I was willing to work, I was willing to be coachable, I was willing to learn, I was ready to make a change in my life because I did not want to settle working at a 9-5 job that I did not feel fulfilled in, I wanted to make an impact on peoples lives.

I worked there, did not like it. If you have a job that you like, please do not leave it for Combined Insurance because you will regret it
