Basically a sweatshop for project management services. Great workplace culture and everyone is friendly, but it all comes down to the bottom line. Don't expect more than a token raise the first year, or the much promoted "year end bonus" your first year, since you were not an employee for the entirety of the first year. The 40 hour work week will not get you any advancement either: a minimum effort of about 46 hours a week of "billable time" is required to get recognition.
loads of education, good people
