Awful. Worst experience ever.
Senior Ethics Clerk (Former Employee) - Vancouver, BC - 14 October 2021
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedToxic Infighting. I witnessed literal outright fights. Little support from HR for serious issues. I was thrilled to land what i thought was a dream job. I left after 3 months.

Worst place to work
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) - Vancouver, BC - 13 February 2020
Terrible selfish people and no support from management. Obsessed with power and their image. They don’t deal with problem people and the higher ups are the worst of them.

Fun place to work because the support staff is made up of wonderful people.
Compliance Monitor (Current Employee) - Vancouver, BC - 11 August 2018
Very busy and fast-paced environment. Some great leadership, some not so great. Very disappointing HR department but is improving slowly. Employee development seems to be provided inconsistently across team members and departments.

Dont work there
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) - Downtown Vancouver - 25 October 2013
it's the worst company I have ever worked in. They over work you, and underpay you. Benefits are not that great for a health care organization, 80 percent which is standard. No room for advancement, lack of managerial skills and unprofessional. Don't ever work in the Quality Insurance or Monitoring Department.
Pros
Downtown location
Cons
lack of managerial skills, overwork and underpaid.
