Reviews for Marketer at College Pro

Always Room for Improvement

A typical day at work consists of a three hour shift of going door to door to inform the residents of Dunbar of our company and what services we offer. The higher number of leads you get and the more estimates you book, the higher you get paid. I liked that aspect of the job because the amount you take home is how much effort and time you put into the job. The management was disorganized at times but at the most part, it was pretty organized. My supervisors were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the business and my co-workers were all passionate on the job and very driven to work hard. The hardest part was definitely trying to persuade a customer to pick our services, however, once you are successful in doing so, it also becomes the best part of the job.

Pros

Great people to work with, not high pressure, flexible hours, lots of exercise

Cons

must work when there is poor weather, tiring to walk for hours
