Nice place to work but almost no possibility for advancement
Very good employer, work was interesting but as I said, it was not possible to reach other jobs in the place as people were keeping it until their retirement... I was young and I needed to prove myself that I was able to do something else. I have had to leave for this reason.

Don't fall for it
Was offered a permanent position w/ a one-year probation. Was fired on the last day of probation without any warning and despite my previous evaluation being great. They had conflicting reasons over the phone and in writing. they refused to say what I had done wrong in writing.

Gestion identique a la boutique Dollarama du coin.
Aucune vision, les pieds ne sont pas sur terre. Les gestionnaires pensent plus a leur retraite qu'a l'évolution et l'amélioration du Collège. Taux élevé de gens qui dorment au gaz. Grassement payé, peu d'innovation, aucune prise de risque. Si vous voulez travailler avec des outils d'il y a dix ans, allez y.

travail agréable
Ceci etant mon premier emploi. Je ne vois pas en quoi il est nécessaire de décrire cet emploi où j'ai été secretaire du patron. Très occupée étant la seule secrétaire.
