Good place to get experience but felt some favoritism.
Days you would work hard and also come in or travel on days off for Road calls didn't get the Appreciation at times. But Experiences wise was not to bad. Pay was ok Benefits boarder good depending what you need to do.

A great company looks after staff but pay can be an issue in this area
Love working there but for my position I can’t advance which is something I need the pay can be a problem with the state of the economy but we are told senior management is working on that

Great people
people are great to work with. we do birthday potlucks once a month, the managers are understanding when needing time off. management goes out of their way to figure out time off which includes working 12 hour days just to help a fellow employee out. overall if you treat everyone with respect and be friendly it is an amazing place to work.
School Bus Driver in Cold Lake, AB

It was ok
Was ok for the stage that I was at, but the pay for the time put in wasn’t great. The buses broke down a lot and that was not paid time. The other drivers were nice.

Sub par employment... just a stepping stone
Treated like a number. Just a warm body to operate a bus which is woefully "maintained" at the best of times. Turnover is indicative of the job and management. Minimum wage ,part time. Always a new responsibility every month, yet no raise in compensation. Can't beat the hours, but at what cost. Driven by safety? At the heart of all we do? No evacuation drills to be had, even by 5+ year employees. Sad, soul sucking work... and scary as a mother of a child who rides these buses.
