Poised to be great - still room to grow

Coinsquare has the potential to be great - my suggestion from a work point of view would be to ensure there is clear direction and alignment on what each team's goals and objectives are, how they will be measured for success, why it's important and an acknowledgement of what might prevent success.
The culture is young and evolving. Management is doing all the right things to foster a good culture, however it seems forced and not organic - which is feedback that is being relayed from those in and outside the organization. This is a by-product of growing as fast as they did and eventually I'm sure this will work its way out.
Again, feedback from those still in and out of the org - all the right things are being said, are being attempted - however the authenticity behind it and the overall support/infrastructure to accomplish a defined set of objectives is an area that will continue to require greater attention.
Good company to join, don't be blinded by the lure of the industry/space and be sure to ask some pointed questions about your expectations and the support you'll receive to accomplish your objectives.
