Treat your employees properly, allowances are important for any employee, if you have committed something then don't stop it abruptly without properly intimating the employees and also please address the issues raised by employees, you may be busy but there are certain things that require responses from management and proper redressal for employee satisfaction without which client satisfaction will also get effected. Also please do provide proper timely feedback to employees related to their monthly or quarterly performance and curb political practices as it hampers the talented.Answered 24 November 2017
Essentially a Body Shopping organization that tries to only fill in client resource gap. No real work. Management only does a 'Yes Sir' to clients. No sense of innovation within the organization.Answered 16 May 2017
