Been with them for over 10 years. For about the last year the culture has changed. Numbers and production are everything. No longer feel the company has my back and I'm a number. Staff have had to compensate for a glitchy new system and most are battered and bruised for it . Those who truly care are. Senority is no longer respected, its for team fairness but they should pay their dues as we all did. Benefits and decent pay keep me there. First time ever I havent enjoyed coming into work.

Managers make you call into their senior manager, try to make it awkward and to stop you from calling in sick.

It's generally frowned upon even if you continue to go above and beyond in your function. They treat you like garbage if you work remotely.
