Been with them for over 10 years. For about the last year the culture has changed. Numbers and production are everything. No longer feel the company has my back and I'm a number. Staff have had to compensate for a glitchy new system and most are battered and bruised for it . Those who truly care are. Senority is no longer respected, its for team fairness but they should pay their dues as we all did. Benefits and decent pay keep me there. First time ever I havent enjoyed coming into work.
Can be great most of the time but then will turn extremely toxic once managers implement a new system or focus to react to a loss in sales.
