great job for new
shift usually between 5 to 9 hours, usually 5 for new commers. management is different in drink and snack while working. have to stand long time and need to keep working even if there is no costomer. Some time late for 1 min and they will take out 15 min of the salary

Too much cons
Don’t say I didn’t warn you, binge drinking bubble tea and actually working for it are two different things. Before you can actually make a drink, you will have to do prep for toppings (like pearls, grass jelly, pudding, etc) in the kitchen. Memorize everything, all the sugar level, amount of water, just everything. They do different toppings different amount of stuff. Don’t do wrong steps! They do be picky about it. And then you’ll have an exam for it. *Be prepared that you’ll always get scalded and have to move up heavy stuff. Also, they do be harsh to their workers because they expect new worker to get familiar with their working environment after just three days of training. No any minor mistakes allowed afterwards. (Your salary includes getting roasted)So, definitely not recommend this job not even if you are desperate for a job. But if you like a high pressure low outcome job I’m not stopping you.

Terrible management
Several times the employer would forget to submit payroll resulting to late pay. Manager doesn’t acknowledge you, and leaving responsibilities on students to run the store. Very shady and doesn’t have a proper paper-trail for employment record.

No Tips, And took money from everyone
Everyone left, cuz our tips are gone, the owner very selfish, and horrible experience, I work there as a full-time cashier 7 month, and I only get $120 for tips, but we got more than $5000 tips per month.

Fun workplace but can be stressful at times
It is a fun workplace as the coworkers are friendly and easy going, but it can be stressful during rushes. Customers are generally friendly and the management are fair.
