If you work at Coke, be expected to live and breath it. Long hours and more targets/metrics then you can imagine which are reviewed on a weekly basis in front of the rest of the team so that everyone knows when you are ahead or behind. In sales you mostly work independently. If you have an opinion don't share it just nod and agree, individual thinkers are not celebrated. Pay is reasonable and benefits are good but bonuses are based on metrics that you often have no control over.

Avoid this toxic work place

Worst place i have ever worked, at first I thought the role of an Account Manager was something fancy, less did i know that I was going to be the combination of a driver, merchandiser, sale rep, back stock arranger. I drove 2.5 hrs for stupid training. Avoid this job if you love your family.

Stressfull

Avoid this job if you have another option. Expectations are too high, unnecessary traveling for 1hr training. Makes no sense. This job can lead to a divorce if you are not carefu. They expect you to do 10hrs job in 2 hrs. The district Managers in Regina SK lacks Managerial skills, one of them is actually not educated enough. Admin person is also rude. Work place full of sadist.

Very Busy

Typical work day has a list of customers to visit. place order, merch stock, fix pricing, coolers, tags, and technicall isues and overall upselling them to create value for their business. cutoff time of 4pm makes this day very rushed. Managment holds you accountable for the consumer who doesnt want to consume sugarry drinks. a lot of uncontrollables that the company holds the rep accountable for. Company and Brand are strong, management are blind.
