Too much favoritism .
Warehouse Forklift Operator (Former Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 25 November 2022
Rampant favoritism and mediocrity on the part of management. Its who you know! Some people work very hard and others do next to nothing and get away with it because of favoritism!

Poor management, most of the workers are good people
Fleet Mechanic (Former Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 6 June 2022
Poor management. No leadership. The good supervisors just try to lay low and not get noticed. Union is good. Seniority rules. You will be on a nights or afternoons for at least 5 years. As a mechanic you will be on afternoons forever. The day guys are going nowhere. No support you will be working alone. Will be doing PM"s and inspections.

Stressful work environment, poor leadership and lack of support from management.
Distribution Supervisor (Former Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 31 December 2021
Long hours, unreasonable expectations from upper management. Complete lack of support from upper management. Poor working conditions ie cold in winter, too warm in summer. Outdated and poorly maintained equipment, delivery trucks as an example.
Pros
Average pay, benefits and time off.
Cons
Long hours, heavy work loads, no support from upper management.

Perpetual lifting
Merchandiser (Current Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 21 December 2021
You need to be in good shape to work in the warehouse or merchandising at stores. It's non stop. Warehouse pays more but you have to deal with the attitudes of a lot of frustrated people under stress. Pick your poison.

Merchandiser (Former Employee) - Edmonton - 3 March 2021
Really bad environment to work for, merchandiser supervisor will throw you under the bus at any moment. They are about company profits. Never provide the tools for the job, Never satisfied. Any concern you have you better just keep it to yourself it seems like it goes to deafs ears if you share any concern.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 15 June 2020
This company is awful to work for. ZERO culture, awful management, dozens of disgruntled and frustrated employees. You are a number to the company and nothing more.

Distribution Driver (Former Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 4 May 2020
Nice work inviorment. At the start of shift, you just park your car in the parking and enter the warehouse building to clock in for shift right at entrance and clock out for the shift when you're done and pickup your car.
