Good company...Flexibility Required
Merchandiser (Current Employee) –  Brampton, ON30 April 2019
Being a merchandiser requires a lot of flexibility. You do have your set days to work, but might not be scheduled for all days and schedule comes out the day before. Management is helpful, but there is a lot expected of you.

Most bogus company I have ever worked with
Warehouse Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Calgary, AB14 April 2019
Most of the management stuffs are rude and only believe in firing employees. Every department is competitor to other department. They only fight between them for their small budget.
Pros
No pros at all.

Merchandiser (Current Employee) –  Coquitlam, BC8 April 2019
The job requires heavy lifting throughout the day, and a great deal of driving from store to store. Union backed employment with a few different benefits options.

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON19 March 2019
I worked as Administrative Assistant to the Supervisor of fleet management. My responsibilities were to record all financial transactions that related to fleet in my area, Eastern Canada.
This was a fast paced job. This job required finishing a large volume of work by the deadline, which was the end of the day.

Other responsibilities were , data processing for Fleet supervisor, sometimes translating french into english, sometimes speaking french to french operators in Quebec
Pros

Team Manager
Storekeeper (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON23 January 2019
Team managers are responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of their team members. The team manager sets targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the employees may have. A team manager has to ensure that all members understand the team’s objectives and work together to achieve it. Constant monitoring by the manager helps to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.

Executive Assistant to the Vice President (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON14 September 2018
I worked at the head office back in 2012 and was not impressed with the work environment. The location of the head office has changed since then and I have no current knowledge of the working conditions now.

It's all about the Red!
Account Manager (Former Employee) –  British Columbia13 August 2018
If you work at Coke, be expected to live and breath it. Long hours and more targets/metrics then you can imagine which are reviewed on a weekly basis in front of the rest of the team so that everyone knows when you are ahead or behind. In sales you mostly work independently. If you have an opinion don't share it just nod and agree, individual thinkers are not celebrated. Pay is reasonable and benefits are good but bonuses are based on metrics that you often have no control over.
Pros
Everyone loves the Coke guy, looks good on your resume
Cons
Management based on yes men robots

merchandising beverage and related products (Former Employee) –  Barrie, ON3 May 2018
Well managed company. Day to day work load can be taxing for those of smaller frame and liter weight. Supportive colleagues to help with getting your day done sooner, even if theirs is already complete.
Hard to get on full time. Many will wait a while to advance into a steady position.
