Merchandiser in Calgary, AB

Favoritsm abound, part time forever, heavy work
You'll be at the whims of sales reps, they dictate what you do and how much you work and rarely do they ever assist you. Bonuses are only for sales reps, you'll be the one working hard to achieve the sales reps goals. Merchandisers don't see a penny of that. You'll stay part time unless you somehow get promoted to sales. The work is extremely heavy at times. The pay was "okay", so was the mileage reimbursement. Management is awesome. Not great anymore
This job was great until recently. This is a bit of a warning. The new way the company is going is not great and there is a really bad 6 year contract that is outdated and fairly bad for merchandisers.Sales Representative in Mississauga, ON

Hard to complete job with difficult customer
It’s hard to complete sales calls when you have a manger at another store blocking your every move and not even be able to complete your basic task it’s hard to grow your role for your job when another company is giving you push back on everything.Truck driver in Lethbridge, AB

It’s a job
I worked at coke for almost 2 years as a delivery driver most of the employees are good the management they have in Lethbridge alberta is not the best all they care about is getting the load done and if you don’t they try to guilt you in to doing it also when I was hired they said it would be full time and it’s not your never promised any kind of hours you might get 6 hours a day you might get 8 hours a day and it is a union and unfortunately all the hours that are available go to the most senior guys and for the bottom end guys you sit at home with no pay you could be sitting at home once or twice a week all depends on hours that’s why when they say it’s full time it really is not I hit 80 hours in 2 weeks twice with almost being there for 2 years that’s the reason I left never enough hours and I have a family to support so I had to move on Sales Development Manager in British Columbia

A Rewarding Place to Work but be prepared to Deal with Lots of Stress
As an SDM, if you work hard and develop great relationships with your customers your job will become easier and you will be rewarded fairly. During the slow season, you will work a standard 40 hour week, but during the 4 busy summer months you will put in many long weeks and days without being compensated extra for it. Overall a great place to work, with room for career progression, but you will eventually have to move if you do want a promotion. What would you say about your employer?
