Distribution Supervisor in Edmonton, AB

Stressful work environment, poor leadership and lack of support from management.
Long hours, unreasonable expectations from upper management. Complete lack of support from upper management. Poor working conditions ie cold in winter, too warm in summer. Outdated and poorly maintained equipment, delivery trucks as an example.
Warehouse Worker in Calgary, AB

Nothing to note in a review my experience is no compassion for troubled employees
Company says people are human. Diversity and treating employees right managers do not follow that line . Need to listen to fellow employes to help with there success. Give better opportunities to advance or train .senior management CEO and other upper management know what is required. Local mansgers do not follow their lead .
Sales Representative in Hamilton, ON
on 7 January 2022
Lack of advancement, unpaid, expected to work after hours when paid hourly.
Job is awesome, customers are great (most of the time) but expectations from the company are outrageous. Management expects you to push the monthly incentive, even if your stores do not perform well with that product. You can go above and beyond and get barely any recognition from it.After many years being unpaid and expected to work like you make 80k/yr they finally raised the wage but just a few dollars.
Sales Development Manager in Vancouver, BC

Love working here
Great place to work. A lot of opportunities for growth if you're willing to put in the effort. No day is ever the same so you won't get bored! There is a lot of support if you ask for it.
Merchandiser in Edmonton, AB
on 21 December 2021
Perpetual lifting
You need to be in good shape to work in the warehouse or merchandising at stores. It's non stop. Warehouse pays more but you have to deal with the attitudes of a lot of frustrated people under stress. Pick your poison.
