Not this location
Where to start. The interview went great. Things seemed great. Was excited to be a part of the team doing something I liked. Seemed to be on the same page as the owner. This lasted a few weeks at MOST.
I have never seen employees treated so horribly. Especially trainees. Yelled at and belittled for making mistakes and asking questions. I've seen the owner get irritated with other employees, walk a few feet away, and talk about them as if they aren't there. Hiring contract paper work was not met, not only for myself, but several others. Things change, especially for a new store just opening, but you can't just change hiring terms without discussing it, thinking it doesn't impact your employees.
Saw the most experienced individual (had more experience with Cobs than the actual owner) get fired for trying to speak up. This employee could do any position, anywhere in the store, and help catch up if behind.
I have heard other locations are not like this at all. In fact, the work itself was enjoyable. Fast paced, time goes by quick, and wonderful fresh product. Just.. anywhere else but here. No one deserves to be treated so poorly.
