I had no kitchen experience working in a restaurant setting when I was hired. Through the months that I worked there I gained a wealth of experience in food prep. Learning how to present and plate food in a manner appealing to the customer. Although this job was the hardest work I ever did I absolutely love this type of work and am seeking the same type of employment. I like the fast pace and busyness of kitchen work. The hardest part of the job was washing dishes in a hot humid environment in the hot summer months. My most enjoyable part of the job was presenting food that I created and taking pride in my work. I had a fun and very helpful supervisor and staff to work with. I enjoyed going to work every day.
