A bit about us.

At Coast Capital, we have a culture of care. To us, care means providing an experience over a service, and approaching every interaction with empathy and transparency. We take a genuine interest in building meaningful relationships with our members and employees.

Whether you’re working in one of our branches, or supporting the organization at our Help Headquarters, you’ll find that we care for our members, our communities, and each other, every day. And we have fun while we’re doing it. We have an unofficial motto around here: we take our business seriously, but ourselves, not so much.

Our purpose, "Together, we help empower you to achieve what's important in your life", acts as our compass in our day to day activities and sets the foundation for our culture. We're here to help our members achieve what's important in their lives, whatever that means to them.

Our values are how we live our purpose and they shape the culture and personality of Coast Capital.
