Fun to connect with members and co-workers
Good flexibility in hours.Met new friends.Managers listen to the employees. Lots of on the job training. Close to home, no long commute. Choice of early or late shifts and how many days a week.

The best job for students
As a student, this was at first the best job for me. They all treat you well and you get appreciated by the managers a lot. This is good for you if you need a part-time job and you can stand for long hours.

Entry Level
Working for CDS has few benefits. Recent merger into Advantage Solutions has caused benefits to be rescinded, budgets to tighten and employee relations to deteriorate. Executive management is located in the US, all Advantage cares about is money, during the Covid pandemic this multi million/billion dollar company saw their profits at the start of the pandemic seized by the parent company to cover their costs while they laid off they entire Canadian workforce. This company truly holds to their American values by underpaying and over expecting from their staff, putting employees into roles they don't get compensated for and taking advantage of immigrant workers. The only advantage to working here is the potential to be picked up by Costco to start working for a decent company who cares about their employees.

Friendly environment.
I enjoyed working for CDS at Costco Ancaster. I had the opportunity of meeting good and helpful coworkers. It is not a hard work, but it keeps you busy. I had more fun than upsets.

Cold but lenient workplace
I liked working there they gave good money. I liked how lenient they were. The managers were very nice so I was sad when they kept getting switched. Overall. I like it there.
