Do Not Apply to Work for this Company
Customer Service Agent (Former Employee) - Bathurst, NB - 20 November 2023
Need to check your scehdual everyday, because they will change it with little to no warning. I learned all of things in a company that I will never work for again. The management team lacks communication, balance, and overall cohesion. Working from home was the only benefit, including tax right offs, and not having to drive into work every day. The hardest part of the job was keeping the motivation and mental capacity to continue working for such an evil and condescending company. Where they don't really care about you, your needs, or accommodating you when they are legally required to. I was told on the first day of orientation, that there would be a mandatory raise after one year served, was also told this by HR, but later told I was provided incorrect information. It's a gong show, and the worst employment I have ever had in my entire life. If I could give zero stars I would.
Pros
Tax right offs
Cons
Minimal pay, treated as disposable, over worked, extremely high stress, changes taking minimum of 3 months to complete. Failure to implement raises without prompt.

Supportive and fun environment. Easy to socialize
Travel Consultant for Amex Platinum card holders (Former Employee) - Etobicoke, ON - 13 November 2023
Start taking calls at 10 am and done by 630 Pm. Coffee is available. Cake days at the end of the month. Good people to work with . Learned a lot about traveling and airlines. Hotels and car rentals. Good calls are enjoyable. Work culture is good. Irate customers are the hardest part of job.
Pros
Coffee
Cons
Micromanaging

Stay away if you can
Travel Consultant (Current Employee) - 191 The west mall - 16 October 2023
Honestly just stay away if you can, job is extremely stressful and the pay is no where near where it should be. They say they increased our pay sometimes before August of last year by 2 dollars, but ever since then, the workload has become worth a lot more than 2 dollar-an-hour increase. The people you talk to on the phone can be extremely toxic that affects your personal life. If you don't have thick skin, you wont make it in this workplace, the people we talk to on the phone regularly can be some of the most toxic, self entitled, obnoxious people ever which you will have to bear day in day out for as long as you work in this company. To be eligible to work from home, they tell you that you need to achieve and maintain these impossible stats
Pros
I cant think of anything
Cons
too many to list

Travel Consultant and Training Coach (Former Employee) - Etobicoke, ON - 16 October 2023
It's fast pace work and they say they will give you commission and bonus but tbh it is super hard to get it because there are so many things that you would have to do. Moreover, there is a lot of favoritism among the management. They have given some leadership to certain who really don't deserve that. I have worked there enough to know that I was wasting my time. HR is a joke her only job is to set pizza tables and welcome new employees. I have never seen such a incompetent person. This review is for the people to let them know don't waste your time and apply somewhere who values you.
Pros
Will get to know about airline policies and good hotels
Cons
No matter how good you are at your job, it doesn't matter

Quality of work/metrics do not matter, being part of the social clique does
Former travel consultant (Former Employee) - Moncton, NB - 19 September 2023
Company cannot retain enough front line employees to handle the volumes received, trainers, support and managers rarely do the job the agents do to get to their positions, promotions seem to happen more for those in a social clique or are smooth talkers than to those who actually know how to do their jobs. I've never worked for a place before where so many people come out of training, making consistent errors that cost money, which tenured staff then need to fix, and somehow they "qualify" for promotions.
Pros
Wah
Cons
Pays are either wrong or not paid on time, overtime isn't paid out correctly, support is rarely around, when they are around, they'll direct you to other departments leaving you to wonder what their actual job is.

Alright place to work
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - New Brunswick - 7 September 2023
Managers were great and willing to work with you had anything come up. Hours varied and were consistent in how many hours you worked, but not consistent shifts.

Not the vibe.
Reservations Agent (Former Employee) - Halifax, NS - 28 August 2023
Honestly not a good company to work for. No flexibility in scheduling especially for students but you can absolutely give away shifts. You’d barely have time to breathe between calls, most people calling are cranky and will take it out on you.
Cons
Long hours, overnight shifts.

Don’t work here
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Saint John, NB - 9 August 2023
The worst place I have ever worked for. Save yourself the headache. Management is all over the place will barely answer you. They have docked mine and my coworkers pay 100s of dollars and tried to hide it.

Work at Cloud 5 was horrendous
TRAVEL CONSULTANT (Former Employee) - Ontario - 24 July 2023
They are extremely inconsistent, there is a lack of care towards their employees. They never keep their promises. I would never recommend anyone to work there after working there for a year. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but they kept on disappointing me and every other employee.

Customer Service (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - 18 July 2023
It's ok, stressful at times. Management is great. Just remember it's a call center and doesn't pay the best, especially for living in Toronto, but whatever.

Schooling and Cloud 5
Associate Trainer (Current Employee) - Oromocto, NB - 17 July 2023
DO NOT work at Cloud 5 if you plan on going to school as you will not be accommodated. They will give you the option to quit and go to school or work the hours provided to you.

Terrible company do not work here
Inbound Customer Service (Former Employee) - Work at home - 4 July 2023
I have worked at a lot of WAH companies. This one is one of the ones that give them a bad name. They are rude, pushy and DO NOT care about there staff. Almost all of their training software is broken and there timekeeping system is needlessly complicated. Half of my training class left before going live. The worst company I have worked for.
Pros
none
Cons
management
