Decent job but horrible management
I had the worst experience there by far, they consider themselves professionals but the management is a pure disaster. They are disorganized and alot of favoritism.

Worst place to ever work at.
The middle management are just made up of yes men and women who will stop at nothing to get you fired even if you're doing the job perfectly. It's a really weird thing wherein they train you for 3 months and then just fire you for the most mundane things. The middle management which is really just a step up from the position you will be starting at runs circles around the upper management that is trying desperately to save the company. These upper management people don't really realise they are being taken for a ride and they never will which is i guess a good thing?

Fun workplace with advancement
Working with cloud5 was great. The work was relatively easy and there was plenty of room for advancement. Even early on, if you showed success, you could advance further rather quickly.
Team Leader in Saint John, NB

Not a great experience
As a Team Lead, your salary is the lowest in the city but the workload keeps growing. Issues brought up, we're never addressed.. just very unorganized and expectations are too high for the pay.
Executive Manager in Toronto

Great environment for motivated employees
Been with Cloud5 over two years and value the culture and work environment. Management is driven to succeed. Premium pay levels reflect the experience and skill needed to be successful
