Not recommendedIt has been the most stressful, difficult and depressing job I have ever had, taking almost 100 calls a day is terrible, it's not 8 hours you work it's 8.5 and sometimes even 9.5 depending on how busy they are. The customers can be rude, loud, and sometimes even racist. Some senior agents are fantastic others I really don't know why they are working there. I would advise that if you can get another job you should take it and leave this one as a last option, working in a call center is very difficult.

Horrible got fired for an oppinon on a place I travel toWas asked how cambelton was in group chat I had said the hotel clerks are back woods and gouge tourist. Got fired for it wasn't even to a customer was in training terrible experience with alot of dumb nonsense that you don't need to learn the company has no idea what they are doing. Also require no you to be vaccinated to work from home. 10 days of company pats on the back and no learn anything job specific . Overpaid lazy liberals . Theyre fine when you talk about Biden and their government views but if you're against them in any way they fire you. It's a big joke. Don't waste your time

Horrible CompanyDO NOT WORK HERE! Worst company in the world to be involved with … they make everything sound sooo good when they first talk to you and your first day is amazing .. all talk about pay and benefits (life insurance, pension plans, etc) then the second day starts and that’s when everything goes south … to the depths of h*** south! It’s so bad! So much to remember and so much expected of one person. Your graded for your shift schedule by the amount of time you go to the bathroom, etc. Heaven forbid you need a day off; you’ll pay for the next month with your shift. They are a very “choosy” company; if your not the “chosen” one out of your training you will be treated like dog water. And heaven forbid you quit; you will never get your last check. I could go on and on but I’ll stop here!

Went from loving my job to hating itI absolutely loved my job....was planning on staying til retirement...then things went downhill FAST. While the good news was we were able to work during covid, we took a paycut and had even more work piled on us. Management was horrible, always telling you where you did wrong..rarely giving you praise-unless you're one of the "chosen". You know and learn very quickly who the yes ma'am people are...and those ones will advance very quickly with LITTLE OR NO experience, skill set or above all work ethic. A lot of tenured agents have left or are in the process of leaving. I was bullied from day one...inc from management. When you get for work and have a heaviness weighing on you, sometimes to the point of tears??? Just dont bother. I feel sorry for those who will eventually find out the hard way. Good luck Cloud 5...you'll need it.

Terrible company to work forThe interview made it seem like this job would be promising, with chances to be promoted, and of course they told you all about the benefits of working there. During the second week of training, we found out that the next month was a set schedule of 5:30pm-2am. So I let my trainers know that I was done, that I couldn't continue. However, the internal communication is so bad that they actually called me on the first 5:30pm-2am shift saying they were expecting me. This was honestly just the beginning of the awful experience with Cloud5.
