Quality of work/metrics do not matter, being part of the social clique does
Company cannot retain enough front line employees to handle the volumes received, trainers, support and managers rarely do the job the agents do to get to their positions, promotions seem to happen more for those in a social clique or are smooth talkers than to those who actually know how to do their jobs. Alright place to work
Managers were great and willing to work with you had anything come up. Hours varied and were consistent in how many hours you worked, but not consistent shifts.

Not the vibe.
Honestly not a good company to work for. No flexibility in scheduling especially for students but you can absolutely give away shifts. You’d barely have time to breathe between calls, most people calling are cranky and will take it out on you.
