Senior management is very lost. Lots of favoritism that leads to bad decisions. Managment promotes their buddies and not the most qualified. High turn over because people don’t want to stay. Good people are overworked and end up leaving. Treat staff like cattle and disposable. Awful communication within the company and lack of transparency. Glad I Left when I did.

Young inexperienced micro managers treat their employees completely terrible, beware because you will get treated like you work at McDonalds. Turn over is super high, they hire new immigrants under contract and pressure them to work long hours just to let them go afterwards.
No appreciation for employees, you work 60 hours a week and still get treated like you are worthless
