What would you suggest Clean Harbors management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • More drug and alcohol testing for managers and office staff

  • Start listening to Operators/Laborers concerns and fix your equipment both the big and small stuff. not just make it legal and head out. make the company specific training per task a priority and stop forcing people to do jobs they are not comfortable with. you know just as well as they do that they won't say no to doing a job just because they are unfamiliar with it.

  • Better benefits, regular pay increases for loyal employees, show loyalty to your own people!

  • Know your limitations... QUIT! Is not a shame!

  • Listen to your staff

  • No drug or alcohol test conducted in last 3 yrs , speaks of safety and no hearing test done also for emoloyees.
    All managers go every 45 mins on smoke breaks and lazy people

  • Offer better job security
