What would you suggest Clean Harbors management do to prevent others from leaving?

Start listening to Operators/Laborers concerns and fix your equipment both the big and small stuff. not just make it legal and head out. make the company specific training per task a priority and stop forcing people to do jobs they are not comfortable with. you know just as well as they do that they won't say no to doing a job just because they are unfamiliar with it.

Better benefits, regular pay increases for loyal employees, show loyalty to your own people!

Know your limitations... QUIT! Is not a shame!

Listen to your staff

No drug or alcohol test conducted in last 3 yrs , speaks of safety and no hearing test done also for emoloyees.
All managers go every 45 mins on smoke breaks and lazy people

Offer better job security

Burn everything.. regrow

Clean house and start over

Get rid of all management, and start over.
