What roles at Clean Harbors can work from home during the COVID-19 outbreak?

Only management was offered to work from home workers were only offered to be laid off
only managers but regular staff can not. Staff are not considered fulltime even though they work no less than 77 hrs worked per week all year round and they get past giving benefits by saying your seasonal. every season all year long but seasonal so no benefits.
I was told none of the positions could work from home and yet 90 percent did
People in the office can work from home.
