Very negative culture in the shops!
My way or the hi way from maintenance management!! Very clicky with certain workers and management. As long as you make the managers look good they leave you alone. You don’t and they eventually run you down till you quit!
Favouritism and backstabbing
Maintenance hub is very clicky! If you aren’t managers friend, or a yes man, they don’t want you!!!!
