Skin Care Representative (Former Employee) – Toronto – 24 October 2015
Please don't believe a lot of the positive reviews you have read - management has told their managers to post positive reviews to counter the negative reviews they have actually received. Terrible "leadership team" -no vision or strategy. They are living in the past and have not created any strategy for dealing with new competitive landscape. They fire people instead of trying to understand what is really going on. Benefits are terrible, pay is terrible. They'll lure you with ridiculous claims of what you can make - impossible to achieve. They laugh when they are confronted with the fact that the quotas are unachievable, Do yourself a favour and don't bother working here.
Skin Care Consultant (Former Employee) – London – 14 October 2015
Very unprofessional management team - using profanity and fighting amongst themselves in front of sales reps. Unrealistic view of market - it would help if they would try to meet customers instead of pretending to know what the issues are. No vision - they are just a distributor and therefore have no control over what their clients do from a marketing and support perspective. Terrible management team - great staff but they are all stuck with no place else to go. Firing people is the favourite past time - turnover rate is unbelievable. Don't work here - just ask anyone that has ever been there.
Terrible benefits, long hours, terrible compensation - they'll lie to you about the potential but it's not true.
