Definitely agree to have better training. Especially for entry levels who have no adjusting experience, the training should have similar training like other insurance company. Claims school for training. Just reviewing other adjusters' files as training would not be helpful.

Paid continuing education yes but as a young employee I would like more perks such as tickets to games or buy and sell vacation day

They say to dress business casual but they couldnt care less. People wear the same clothes everyday

Consider firing the Hr people and the low level managers that don't have people managing skills, noticed escalations that didn't need to there if the managers had people skills
