Definitely agree to have better training. Especially for entry levels who have no adjusting experience, the training should have similar training like other insurance company. Claims school for training. Just reviewing other adjusters' files as training would not be helpful.
If I was in charge I would get rid of all the lazy office managers who come there for free pay. They are outdated, don’t want to do there jobs. Supervisors are lame and are not pleasant one bit. There needs to be sufficient training and agents should be able to have an open door policy.
