Front Desk Agent (Current Employee) –  Seattle, WA22 March 2019
Management (owners and GM) does not care about their employees. They will feed you dreams only to not follow through with what they tell you. Owners rushed to open hotel without training employees or having proper amenities. Owners do not care about guests needs. They will charge guest for for everything. This property needs to be run under new management that has hospitality experience and treats employees and guests with respect.
