Good place to work if you are a student or wanting a side job.
I worked at 311 call center as a Customer Service Représentative department of the City of Winnipeg. Work related there is not much pressure from management or any weekly goals. But the main part that will require all your energy is handling the incoming calls from unhappy clients. Overall, think of this jobs as a good job while you wait for a better job or a promotion within the department.

Incredibly toxic and high ups have no consideration. Your mental health will skyrocket. When you say no they get upset and threaten you about being written up.

I would recommend anyone to stay away from working for The City of Winnipeg
There is extremely weak management and zero leadership. This city of Winnipeg is going in the wrong direction and is a horrible place to work and live. I have seen several people leave city jobs for less pay in the private sector. They are happier and never look back.
