A lot of the interview will be on how you deal with conflict, tight deadlines, competing priorities and interpersonal challenges. To improve your chances read the job posting and ensure you use the same wordings for skills, experiences and abilities in your cover letter, resume and interview. Have real life 'story' examples (can include things done/learned in a work setting, volunteer work, training practice or home) of how you have used skills, dealt with conflict, dealt with competing priorities and interpersonal difficulties. If you have not done a particular skill or have the full length of desired experience tell them how you plan to gain the knowledge and time spent doing things that are similar. Bring a portfolio with notes and examples of past experiences, the job description, etc.
