Fun place to work, but lacks good leadership.

Working for the city of St. Thomas was a fairly enjoyable job. You're able to get very close with your coworkers which makes work more enjoyable. Although it is fun place to work, especially in the aquatics department, there is a lack of leadership, and drama spreads amongst coworkers like wildfire.

Pros

Many breaks if not busy, build strong relationships with coworkers

Cons

Can be out in the sun all day, poor leadership
