terrible unsupportive employer

i enjoyed the nature of the work but this a terrible employer. The culture there was back stabbing and underhanded. There was a constant turn over in management. I found people there were generally unhappy with the employer but afraid to speak out for change due to fear of consequences. The union reps were unprofessional & could be heard triangulating and speaking about private matters to others...
