Lifeguard (Former Employee) –  Lloydminster15 May 2017
They payed well, but there were many times when they broke CUPE rules of when they can schedule you or just put you on a shift without telling you about it and there was not 3 days advance notice like it was said to have.

Distribution & Collection Operator Level 1 (Former Employee) –  Lloydminster, AB20 December 2015
Very high turn over, management is a boys club and they let the other staff know it. little time for yourself, aging system short staffed. If you love performing sewer augers this is the place to be.

Not managed well, high stress work envirnment with high stress management to work with
Police Steno/911 Operator (Former Employee) –  Lloydminster, AB5 December 2014
A typical day at work was very answering phone calls from people who needed help.
I learned that if a company is not run by a good management team the business does not/can not function properly.
My co-workers were all stressed out and their stress level showed in their daily work.
The hardest part of the job was trying to find a balance between loving your job and not having support from management.
The most enjoyable part of the job was working with my co-workers and helping the public.
