They don't know how to be accessible for all, and will likely flub how to deal with anyone who makes it known they have a mental health issue that shouldn't be a "disability" it just may mean that they need to approach things in a different manner (City of Guelph hiring staff, do not seem to know how to think differently and approach all candidates in a professional/appropriate manner; you'll be talked down to...as they have deep seeded discrimination in their organization).
