Dumb management everywhere

Truck driver (Former Employee) - Sudbury, Ontario - 13 September 2023

The police is run by a bunch of uneducated children who are not watched over and who waste money constantly, then hide their mistakes. The government should come in and do an audit they will find out how much money is wasted by people who do not know how to manage property then workers can I get a proper is because of upper stupidity place is an absolute mess. If you have a chance to work here don’t I suggest you run as fast as you can the other way.

I enjoyed my time working for the city. Hours can be long and you may be expected to work more hours each week than indicated when hired. Managers are generally pleasant and the work can be engaging

Its a good job if your wife has a good job. the pension and benefits are good, but the pay is LOW. they take so much for Pension and Union dues that you could buy a new truck with it.

Fun workplace good co workers the public is the downfall

Fair paying, equal opportunity, on the job training, almost all of the co workers were good some bad apples of course is with any job, the worst thing about this position is dealing with the public and the parents that think their child is gonna be the next hockey big shot, dealing with the public sucks
